This page explains how to request deletion of a WhereDidI account and what data is deleted or retained.

How to Delete Your Account
In-app deletion: Settings > Account > Delete account
Support deletion request: email support@wheredidiapp.com.
Data Deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete:
- account profile
- memories
- parking records
- household membership data
- push tokens
- subscription linkage where controllable
Data Retained
We may retain records required for legal, fraud, tax, security, payment, or audit obligations.
Retention Period
Deleted account data may remain in backups and logs for up to 90 days before being removed through normal retention cycles.
